Mechanical Engineering Department of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata has arranged a Technical Talk from 4 pm today i.e. on 22nd January 2020 on Heat Exchangers. Dr. Bijan Kumar Mandal, Professor, Mechanical Engineering, IIEST Shibpur will be delivering the Lecture at our University.

After the overwhelming success of the second edition of the Annual Techno Management Festival of University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, we come back with the third edition of the technical extravaganza, URECKON with a view to being BIGGER and BETTER. Students of BBALLB of IIIJS, Department of Law, UEMK, witnessed the moment of last day Live Session of West Bengal Legislative Assembly on 6th September 2019 and got an excellent moment of intensed debate between ruling party and opposition parties on various current issues including the most debated topic of introduction of NRC.   They also witnessed a political conflict between the parties which has become a breaking news for all leading news channel as well as for tomorrow's newspapers.   Furthermore, from this situation they got to see how Speaker of the Legislature controls the house with his efficiency.   They have also been briefed on the importance of the Legislature as well as it's working. They also been informed that it is the only State Legislature that has given birth to their UEM by passing the UEM Act..   Students have really enjoyed the session which is reflected through the following pictures...
