Code Battle 2.0 - Codesta CLASH OF CODE - Coding competition at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR. Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) of UEM Jaipur in association with the Coding Club of UEM Jaipur successfully organized an amazing coding Contest Codesta Clash of code on 07th November , 2022 at 10.00 AM. More than 132 students registered for this competition. All Members of Academic Council interacted with students and appreciated the initiative taken by the department. They advised students to conduct more events to enhance their coding skills and get the competitive edge. The Department of CSE took the initiative to give a common platform to all coders under the guidance of faculty coordinators Prof. Jyoti Khandelwal and Prof. Subrat Gautam. Students of B.Tech, BCA, and MCA participated in the competition and got an opportunity to compete with each other. The competition winners are: First positon- Jabra Ram Second position- Gaurav Pareek Third position - Kshitij Verma The award was presented by Prof. Dr. Pradeep Sharma, Registrar, UEM Jaipur, Prof. Dr. Mrinal Kanti Sarkar, HOD CSE, UEM, Jaipur, and Prof. Dipta Mukherjee, Assistant Professor, UEM Jaipur. Special thanks to all the participants and event coordinators for making this event a grand success.

Visit of Members of Academic Council at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR - 07.11.2022 Members of Academic Council of UEM Jaipur visited the University Campus on 7th Nov, 2022. Prof. Neeraj Gupta, Dean, School of Architecture, Head Department of Architecture and Director, DDU KAUSHAL Kendra at the Central University of Rajasthan, Prof. D. K. Palwalia, Dean Academics, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Prof. Anil Mehta, Former Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, University of Rajasthan, and all other members of Academic Council visited the University campus on 7th Nov, 2022. All members praised the efforts of students and teachers of UEM Jaipur for improving the quality of teaching and learning process in the university.

Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Registrar, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR has been conferred with "Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar" on 1st Dec, 2022 by the prestigious Universal Mentors Association and Brainwonders at NESCO, Mumbai.

Jeevan Rakshak Awards 2022 University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR honored eminent doctors of Jaipur with "Jeevan Rakshak Award 2022" on November 5, 2022 at RAS Club, JLN Marg to honor eminent doctors of Jaipur for their services during and after the pandemic. In this program, more than 100 eminent doctors of Jaipur were honored with Jeevan Rakshak Awards. The sponsors of this program were Eternal Hospital, Shelby Hospital and Aakriti Labs. The chief guest of this program was Shri Mahendra Lal Kumawat, IPS (Rtd), Former Director General (BSF) and Former Special Home Secretary of Govt of India along with Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Biswajoy Chatterjee, Registrar, UEM Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Dean, UEM, Prof. (Dr.) Anirudh Mukherjee was present. All the doctors honored in the program were very happy and congratulated UEM Jaipur and all the supporters for organizing such an event on such a large scale. All the faculty members of Department of Physiotherapy, Placement team including students were present during the award ceremony. The Award function was coordinated by Mr. Anuj Sethi, Dr. Shantanu Sharma and other teachers from Physiotherapy Department of UEM Jaipur.

7 Days International FDP organized by Department of Mathematics, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR, on Advanced tools and Techniques for Scientific Research writing and publication has been successfully completed on 18th September, 2022. In this Faculty Development Program, more than 240 participants registered across the globe. In all the sessions, the participants were very active and raised many questions. In this program, we learnt "How to write a scientific research paper for getting published in SCI journals, How to write and file a patent, How to write and file a project, Brief introduction of tools: MATLAB, LATEX, MENDLEY and PANEL DATA". Participants appreciated all the speakers and sessions.  

Prof. (Dr.) G. Uma Devi, Professor, CSE, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR is selected as a mentor in National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) under AICTE, Ministry of Education, Government of India. She has successfully completed the Online Orientation Programme for Mentors organized from 22 - 26 August, 2022.
