During their placement times, Ashish got 4 job offers from Cognizant, TCS, IBM and Appventurez, Avantika got job offer from TCS and Neha got 5 job offers from Cognizant, Metacube, Agile Infosys, Trinity Global Tech and Extramarks.

University of Engineering & Management Jaipur being a network institute of ISRO - Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) outreach network has completed several MOOC courses even during the last year of the pandemic. Students and faculties from the IEM-UEM family had been very active in learning from the courses. Some of the courses were: Global Navigation Satellite System Geographical Information System RS & GIS Applications Remote Sensing and Digital Image Analysis

This is an IoT based garden light developed by the researchers and students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur. These garden lights were initially equipped to switch on or off & change to any color of light from a mobile app from anywhere in the world, & to automatically switch on/off depending on ambient light. Now, as per suggestion by Mr. Mahendra Saxena, President, DBS Group, more functionality is added to it. Now, as per his suggestion, also moisture sensors have been put up to measure the amount of water in soil, & red color has been tagged for below benchmark moisture & irrigation has been triggered accordingly. Involved in the project and showing in the picture are Mr. Afaq Ahmad, Research Associate, UEM Jaipur (first from left in the picture) and Mr. Piyush Yadav, student, final year Mechanical Engineering, UEM Jaipur (in the middle of the picture).
