TecXaro, the campus-based startup at UEM Jaipur, successfully conducted an induction program for first-year B.Tech and BCA students on 29th of July 2024. The program introduced industry-leading technologies in IoT and development boards such as Arduino Devkits, ESP-Devboards, and UAVs. Team TecXaro provided hands-on experience with basic use cases of microcontrollers in the event along with quiz and engaging activities, making the event a great success. Our university received prestigious "A" rating based on our performance in NPTEL online certification courses. 32nd Academic Council Conducted at University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur The 32nd Academic Council Meeting began with a welcome address from Prof. (Dr.) Satyajit Chakrabarti, Director of the IEM-UEM Group. 22nd meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) The 22nd meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at the University of Engineering and Management (UEM), Jaipur, convened on 07.08.24 at 11:00 AM in a hybrid mode. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Director of IQAC, welcomed all members and reviewed the action taken report from the previous meeting, highlighting recent awards that reflect the university’s excellence in education and research. The meeting focused on enhancing the university’s research ecosystem, supporting faculty and student projects, and promoting interdisciplinary collaborations. Updates on the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) activities and patents showcased UEM Jaipur’s commitment to fostering innovation and protecting intellectual property. The implementation of a uniform syllabus across departments was discussed to ensure consistent quality of education. Heads of departments presented their respective achievements, including awards, publications, patents, and future plans. These presentations highlighted the remarkable progress made by each department and their contributions to the university’s overarching goals.
