Basanta Utsav was celebrated by IEM and UEM students on 11th March 2017.

1st International Conference on Electronics, Materials Engineering and Nano-Technology (IEEE-IEMENTech 2017) will be organized by Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, at Science City, Kolkata, West Bengal during April 28-29, 2017. The scientific deliberations in the form of invited talks and contributory papers will cover diversified topics on Electronics, Materials Engineering, Nano Science and Technology. Contributory papers presented in the technical sessions will be published in the IEEE Xplore.

Date - 14th March 2017 Distinguished speakers at the event were: Prof. Sanatan Chattopadhyay, Professor of Calcutta University. Dr. Atanu Kundu, Chairman of IEEE Electron Devices Society. All are invited to Mega Job Mela-2017 being organized in association of Govt of Rajasthan and University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur at the UEM Jaipur campus, "GURUKUL", 6 kms from Chomu on Sikar Road (NH-11), Udaipuria Mod, Jaipur-303807, Rajasthan on 22nd March, 2017, registration will start from 10 am onwards. More than 50 companies will be participating and recruiting students from Rajasthan. Job offers will be given on-spot in the Job Mela. All job seekers are invited.

Nilkantha Chatterjee, student of Electrical Engineering of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur has been recruited in Saent India Pvt Ltd. Saent India has only recruited 2 students this year from entire India, and Nilkantha is one of them. CONGRATULATIONS NILKANTHA!!!!!

An ETV Coverage of the Mega Job Mela-2017 held at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), New Town, Kolkata on 25th January, 2017. More than 30 companies participated and offered jobs. Date - 9th March 2017 The 2nd and 3rd year mechanical students of IEM-UEM group went to an event on Sustainability career via LEED framework on 9th March 2017 at American centre, Kolkata.
