Sayak Dhar, 2nd year student of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) have been selected to travel to the United States of America under travel grant of the Optical Society of America (OSA) to represent the OSA India student chapter. The OSA India student chapter is represented by the students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) and the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM).......

Mrs. Kiran Maheshwari, Cabinet Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan visited the pavilion of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur at the Education Meet organized by Rajasthan Patrika. She interacted with Mr. Krishnendu Kundu, General Manager, UEM Jaipur and Prof. Rajib Guhathakurta, UEM Jaipur.

Prof. Dr. Biswajit Ghosh, renowned International Professor visited the University of Engineering & Management (UEM) and addressed the teachers and students. It was really an enlightening experience for all. He is currently the only D. Engg. (Doctorate of Engineering, pursued after Ph.D) at Jadavpur University and has developed technology for globally renowned institutes like Imperial College, London and many other such renowned educational destinations. He is the first Non-European in the history of Royal Society of Chemistry to deliver the memorial lecture in the honour of J. The Mega Job Mela-2017 was held big at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur...... There were participants in plenty from all over Rajasthan, and more than 200 students have been shortlisted. Results will be published in UEM website: www.staging.uem.edu.in within 20 working days. This series of Job Mela has really been helpful to generate employment for many and I really believe that the students and teachers of UEM who have organized these, have really done a very good job for the society.
