University of Engineering & Management (UEM) Jaipur was invited to be a part of Five days Management Development Program (MDP)(11th-15th Feb. 25) on “Innovation and Commercialization of Business Ideas” at AICTE Innovation Centre, Jaipur, MDP was an initiative by Ministry of MSME jointly with Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell & AICTE, Jaipur along with LNMIIT & BITS, Pilani as knowledge partner. MDP is one of its kind as only 30 institutions from Rajasthan was invited to be a part of it. Prof. Dr. Anurag Hamilton represented UEM Jaipur in this event. Main aim of the program was to foster Innovation and promote Commercialization of Business Ideas among Incubation Heads/Managers of Rajasthan, ultimately supporting the broader mission of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. During the program various experts took interactive sessions elaborating different aspects of IP Commercialization. At the end of program, participants gave a peer group presentation about Action Plan to run their respective incubation units. Following experts were present during the presentation. i. IEM-UEM Group's First Event in Microsoft, Gurugram UEM Jaipur ACM Student Chapter organised IEM-UEM Group's First ever event in Microsoft Office, Gurugram. The event brought together students from all across the country and professionals from companies like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, HelloMedia, and ReSkill. The event featured an interactive Ice-Breaker round, insightful discussions, and networking opportunities, keeping attendees engaged throughout. Our student Alok Agarwal conducted a session on "Prompt Engineering" and Piyush Kr Rai conducted a session on "Using AI to Code Efficiently" equipping participants with AI-driven development skill. A Web3 and Blockchain quiz was also conducted. They also cleared participants' doubts regarding Hackathons and talked about "How to win Hackathons". Students also connected with past AceHack participants, discussing Rajasthan's Largest Student-Run Hackathon happening at UEM Jaipur on 8th-9th March, and collected registrations for the upcoming hackathon.
