Dr. B. L. Swami, Department of Civil Engineering, MNIT (Malviya National Institute of Technology), Jaipur addressed the teachers and students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur on “Field Aspects of Road Construction (special emphasis on Highway Construction)” on 26th February, 2019.
